Drawing on phenomenological insight, philosophical reflection, and accessible understanding from psychology and science, we work together to strengthen your own inner resources.

What You Can Expect
Our work is collaborative, unhurried, and grounded in deep listening. Together we explore the architecture of your inner experience — thoughts, emotions, patterns, and longings — with honesty and care.
I draw from depth psychology, somatic awareness, mindfulness, and philosophical inquiry. These are not rigid techniques applied to you, but ways of seeing and being that we explore together at the pace of trust and your own unfolding.
The goal is not to “fix” you, but to support you in developing greater emotional resilience, clearer self-understanding, and the steady presence needed to live more fully and authentically.

Format: Virtual sessions across Ontario
Frequency: Usually weekly, though flexible based on your needs
Getting Started: Free 20-minute discovery call to explore whether we are a good fit
Fees are discussed during the discovery call. I do not bill insurance directly.
