How couples sessions work
We meet on a secure video platform. Both of you need a private space and a stable connection. We stay with what is happening between you in the hour, and with what keeps repeating in the week.
The aim is not to produce a verdict. The aim is that the pattern can be seen, and that there is more room to choose how you meet each other.
Who this is for
Couples in Ontario who want to understand a repeating moment between them. You do not need to have decided what the relationship should become. You do not need to arrive already in agreement.

Request a free 20-minute discovery call. If you think you want couples work, it helps if both of you are on the call. If only one of you can attend, we can still use the 20 minutes to see whether this is the right next step. There is no obligation to continue.

Yes. There is no in-person office. The practice geography is the Toronto area, including Thornhill. That is not a clinic you visit.
