Registered Psychotherapist | Philosopher

I offer a quiet, thoughtful space for psychotherapy and reflective conversation for those drawn toward deeper self-understanding and a more present way of being.

Shane Pokroy Headshot

A Space for Deeper Inquiry.

In my own life and in my practice, I often sit with the quiet questions that shape us: How do we meet our thoughts and emotions with greater kindness? How do we hold suffering without being defined by it? How do we move toward a life that feels more meaningful and integrated?

My approach brings together psychology, science, mindfulness, and philosophical reflection. It is not about quick answers or fixed outcomes, but about creating a place where genuine understanding can unfold at its own pace.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, relational patterns, a sense of disconnection, or simply feeling drawn toward a more examined and present way of living, you are welcome here.

How I Work

I listen deeply and ask questions that help illuminate your inner experience. Together we explore the patterns, longings, and hidden strengths that shape your life, always moving at the pace of trust and natural unfolding.

The work draws lightly from depth psychology, mindfulness traditions, and philosophical inquiry. It is collaborative, warm, and grounded in respect for your unique path.
